For our October “Serve with Senator Singleton” event, we will be partnering with Farmers Against Hunger for a gleaning event at the Clover Valley Farm in Florence on Saturday October 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Senator is seeking volunteers to help pick peppers, which will be donated to local food pantries that serve food insecure families.

Farmers Against Hunger works to reduce food waste by helping farmers and wholesalers throughout New Jersey share their surplus produce with those in need. This helps to reduce food insecurity by ensuring access to fresh and health produce for every family in New Jersey.
