I truly believe that Thanksgiving is a time of thanks, and more importantly, a time of giving. 

So, in the spirit of this holiday, last week, Team Troy and I volunteered with Farmers Against Hunger in Delran to pack thousands of bags of fresh produce that was donated by regional farmers and will be given out to families in need. We joined forces with the Veterans Foundation of America to provide a “Trunks-giving” to our military personnel and federal workers at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst.

We stood alongside our volunteers at Christ Church in Bordentown to make soup and care bags for elderly neighbors. And, in partnership with our friends at Amazon, we distributed 500 turkeys and sides to ensure that BurCo families would have a bountiful table.
