Serve with Senator Singleton at Pennington Park to Scrape Spotted Lanternfly Eggs

For our April service event, we will partner with the Burlington County Parks System to help find and destroy invasive, non-native Spotted Lanternfly eggs on trees, before they hatch in May.

Volunteers will be given a scraping card to destroy the eggs. We will be on walking paths in the park so it is recommended that volunteers wear long pants and shoes appropriate for this event. Work gloves are optional. Eye goggles/ sunglasses/ safety glasses are suggested. Volunteers may also be asked to help clean up trash in the park.

This event will be held at Pennington Park, 801 Creek Road, Delanco on Saturday, April 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Volunteers should meet in the main parking lot by the playground.

Space is limited to 25 volunteers so RSVP today!
