Serve with Senator Singleton Cleaning Up Delran's Swedes Linear Creek Park
For his June Serve with Senator Singleton event, we will be partnering with Delran Township for a park clean-up at Swedes Linear Creek Park on Saturday June 12 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The Senator is seeking volunteers to help clean-up the park. This is an area of the community that accumulates a lot of trash from the highway and surrounding commercial properties. Volunteers will be asked to wear face masks and bring their own work gloves. Trash bags and trash pick-up sticks will be provided.
The Swedes Linear Creek Park runs across many acres, however, the focus of this clean-up will be the area behind the 7-11 on Chester Avenue. Therefore we are asking volunteers to park in the old Panera Bread parking lot that day.
Space is limited to 25 volunteers so RSVP today!
