WILLINGBORO — An event scheduled for the Town Center on Saturday in connection with the township's Jazz Festival has been canceled.

The pre-festival event was reported in Wednesday's Burlington County Times.

Officials said in its place there will be a pre-party reception for VIP pass holders at the Hilton Garden Inn on Hancock Lane in Westampton from 7 to 11 p.m.

MoShay LaRen will host, and music will be provided by DJ Kam and Arpeggio. There also will be food, beverages, and an opportunity to meet some of the artists.

VIP passes are available for $40 and will provide admission to Saturday’s event as well as to the Jazz Festival on Sunday at Mill Creek Park, with preferred parking, shaded seating area, catered meal, and photo opportunities with the artists and host.
